Founders
Leadership combines hands-on foundry and machining experience with project and customer-facing work.
Andy is a Central Michigan University graduate with Harvard Business School executive certificates and a U.S. Navy veteran. With more than thirty years in the foundry industry—from technician to executive—he brings deep expertise in casting design, operations, and sales across North America.
Jagger is a graduate of Trine University with hands-on experience in the skilled-trades, manufacturing, and sales. He connects technical program requirements with clear communication and thorough follow-up, helping customers advance projects without losing critical details along the way.
