Process & Engagement

How Work Moves Through ATS

A simple structure so engineering and purchasing know what happens when they ask for help.

Steps

The same steps apply whether the question is about a single critical casting or a group of parts.

1
Requirements - (RFQ)

Drawings, models, alloys, specifications, volumes, timing, and program expectations are gathered and clarified to ensure a complete understanding of what the casting must achieve.

2
Capability View – (Casting Review)

The program is evaluated by casting design, material requirements, annual volumes, and required quality certifications to define the manufacturing profile needed for success.

3
Shortlist – (Foundry Review)

Foundries with the right capability, capacity, and price will be aligned and identified as qualified candidates based on technical fit.

4
Discussion

Options are reviewed with the buyer and RFQ or next steps are agreed.

5
Follow-Up – (Program Verification)

As programs evolve, changes in design, material, or volume are reassessed to ensure continued alignment with the right foundry environment.
